Youll start in the role of Healthcare Assistant, giving you the opportunity to get to know our residents, team, and routines while completing your induction and on-site training. This hands-on experience will help you build confidence, develop key skills, and understand our standards of care before stepping into your registered nurse role.
As soon as your NMC PIN is confirmed, youll move seamlessly into our Preceptorship Nurse Programme. Youll be fully supported by experienced mentors, receive tailored development plans, and have the time and guidance you need to thrive in your first registered role.
This is the perfect way to bridge the gap between qualifying and practising, ensuring you feel prepared, valued, and ready to deliver the best possible care.
