We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated People Partnering and Transformation Officer to join our People Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of strategic workforce and organisational transformation programmes that contribute directly to the Trust's People Strategy and wider organisational objectives.
Working alongside Strategic People Business Partners, senior leaders and colleagues across the organisation, you will coordinate and deliver a range of people-focused projects and initiatives. You will play a key role in project planning, stakeholder engagement and the delivery of transformation programmes that support positive change across the Trust.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in project management, workforce transformation, organisational development or HR who is looking to develop their career in a strategic people-focused environment.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will:
Support the delivery of workforce and transformation projects across the Trust. Manage and coordinate smaller projects and support larger workstreams within complex transformation programmes. Work closely with Strategic People Business Partners and operational leaders to support delivery of workforce and organisational objectives. Support stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, focus groups and staff consultations. Assist with the development of business cases, workforce impact assessments and transformation proposals. Coordinate meetings, events and programmes that support leadership development and organisational change. Undertake research and benchmarking activities to support continuous improvement and innovation. Contribute to the development and implementation of people policies, processes and initiatives. Promote collaborative working and support managers and teams through change programmes. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and work with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

The People Partnering and Transformation Officer will support the delivery of the Trust's People Strategy through the coordination and delivery of people-focused projects, transformation programmes and organisational improvement initiatives.
Project and Transformation Management
Support the planning, delivery and monitoring of people and transformation projects, ensuring agreed milestones and outcomes are achieved. Maintain project documentation, identify risks and issues, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
People Partnering and Transformation
Work with Strategic People Business Partners and managers to support delivery of workforce and organisational priorities. Undertake research, analysis and project support activities to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery and organisational change. Support workshops, engagement activities, meetings and presentations, communicating information clearly and professionally.
Reporting, Analysis and Systems
Produce reports, presentations and workforce information to support programmes, projects and strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate records and use project management and Microsoft Office systems to support delivery and evaluation.
Leadership and Values
Demonstrate Trust values and behaviours, promoting collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement. Work proactively and independently to manage priorities and contribute to the successful delivery of the People Strategy.
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Educated to Degree level or equivalent level of experience in a people related discipline, project management or operational management. Evidence of continuing professional development.
Desirable
CIPD qualified or equivalent knowledge / experience. Formal, recognised Project Management training and qualification e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, etc. to at least Practitioner level.
Experience Essential
Evidence of working in people or transformation roles within a complex environment. Experience of building strong relationship with staff in clinical and corporate environments.
