About this role
TAE Life Sciences (TLS) is a biologically targeted radiation therapy company focused on developing novel treatment to improve the lives of patients with difficult-to-treat cancers. TLS has developed breakthrough technology for the clinical investigation of Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) to provide a treatment option for patients with malignancies that are difficult to treat through traditional methods, such as head, neck and brain cancers. Our proprietary accelerator-based BNCT platform combines two well-known modalities - biological targeting and radiation therapy - for precision treatment at the cellular level.
The Manufacturing Engineer Develops and optimizes production processes for manufacturing. Provides technical support for production equipment in a GMP manufacturing environment.
About The Role
• Track purchase orders under the direction of Buyers and the Supply Chain Manager
• Follow up with vendors on order confirmations, pricing, lead times, and delivery status
• Follow up with vendors to obtain quality documents (REACH, RoHS, COO)
• Enter and update data in the ERP system (NetSuite) and Jira
• Assist with tracking back orders, expediting shipments, and communicating delays to internal stakeholders
• File and organize purchasing and quality documents
• Answer routine vendor and internal inquiries; route complex issues to the appropriate buyer
• Maintain and update vendor records
• Support special projects assigned by the Supply Chain Manager
About you
• High school diploma required; Associate's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, clerical, or administrative support (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; NetSuite system and Jira are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of self-motivation, organization, and self-discipline
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and works well with others
At TAE Technologies, we consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and job-related knowledge, training; licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered (non-Sr., Sr.). The compensation for these roles is $25.00 an hour.
