Currently, we are in search of a dynamic Bars Manager to lead Freddy's Bar and Chapter 1896 – someone who understands the essence of each setting and is committed to delivering exceptional service with a touch of Amsterdam's classic charm. What you'll do Lead the operations of Freddy's Bar, Chapter 1896 and our Lobby Lounge, ensuring each maintains its unique identity | Foster a vibrant atmosphere at Freddy's Bar, embodying the spirit of a classic Amsterdam grand café | Curate the sophisticated ambiance of Chapter 1896, a high-end speak-easy cocktail bar | Oversee the Liunge operation to create and maintain one of the most recognise afternoon tea in the city| Oversee the bar teams, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience | Develop innovative and enticing beverage menus that reflect the character of each bar | Collaborate closely with all other Food & Beverage outlets | Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships for both bars | Train and mentor staff, instilling a commitment to excellence in service | Be part of the Leadership team of De L’Europe Amsterdam.
