Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls in a prompt, friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition

• Provide accurate information about store hours, services, and promotions

• Be knowledgeable about basic customer inquiries, be courteous while assisting customers, and transfer calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance

• Take and relay messages clearly and efficiently

• Assist in general office duties that may include mail service, sorting and opening mail to deliver to the appropriate individual/department, updating phone lists, and assisting other office positions as needed

• Assist in various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

• Demonstrate multitasking, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Publisher, and Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to complete basic mathematical equations

Schedule: This position will include 1-2 nights a week, Monday through Friday, 5:00-9:00pm, and every other weekend. Saturday Shifts will vary between 9:00am to 9:00pm and Sundays 11:00am -7:00pm. On average, this postion will be 15-20 hours per week.

Wage: $16.

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree (AA/AS) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
