Compensation: Compensation for this position starts at $16 per hour.
Hours for this position are approximately 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, clean, and empty waste baskets
• Clean windows and doors
• Restock cleaning supplies and restroom items
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment
• Answer and respond to phone calls, such as spills, wet floors, and general clean-up
• Pick up trash in the parking lot and around the outside of the store
• Sanitation of the facility restrooms and their fixtures
• Report any needed repairs to the supervisor, including but not limited to leaky faucets, toilets, loose tiles, or broken fixtures
• Maintain a high attention to detail, ensuring all areas of the property are clean and meet Scheels' expectations for appearance
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or 1-3 months of experience
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
