About this role
Reporting to the VP of Innovation, the Principal Product Manager is a senior individual contributor. You will define product strategy, incubates initial product line, and brings to market a GenAI Appeals solution in the Provider Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) category. You will perate with high autonomy, and be the Single Threaded Owner (STO) for development and launch of a new product line within 12 months.
You'll have opportunity to:
Define and own Proof of Concept (POC) product strategy and product launch to Beta customersLead go-to-market (GTM) motion for New Product Introduction creating understanding amongst sales, operations, engineering, finance, and implementationHands-on customer engagement including regular onsite travel supporting product development, sales activities, and implementation.Product evangelism through tradeshows, webinars, and experience.Shape product direction through influence with senior business and technology leaders.Partner with Engineering to develop scalable, repeatable, and value-creating productsYou will oversee products end‑to‑end from discovery through scale and optimization.You will guide prioritization decisions balancing customer value, growth, and technical risk.Lead competitive analysis to inform difference and positioning.Define success metrics and use data to guide strategic decisions.Align product capabilities to revenue opportunities and customer outcomes.Product practices and delivery. 1+ years working in 0-1 new product development in a Healthcare technology company3+ years working in product management in the Healthcare technology industry5+ years' experience working in Provider Revenue Cycle Management either for a health system, outsourced RCM service, or RCM technology company.Expertise in healthcare technology, including Revenue Cycle Management and familiarity with leading EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, and MeditechExperience with HL7v2 version 2.7, FHIR R4, and ANSI x12 v5010Experience influencing senior partners and aligning teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support) toward shared outcomes.Technical and architectural understanding, ensuring partnership with engineering and technology leadership.Produce high-quality product, strategy, and customer-facing documentation.Familiarity with modern products and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office).Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related fieldWillingness to travel up to 40%. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. We list the base pay range for this position above. Within this range, work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education determine individual pay.
