Description
Our Servers are an important part of the Nest’s front-of-house team, creating a welcoming and positive experience for our guests. We’re looking for friendly, reliable people who communicate well, pay attention to the details, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you understand what it takes to meet and exceed customer expectations, and you find joy in continuing to learn and build your skills—with training and support provided to help you succeed.
Availability This role requires availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Compensation The starting wage for this position is $16.00 per hour, and is negotiable based on experience.
Qualifications
Required:
• Valid ProServe certification
• Strong English communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• Legally entitled to work in Canada without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization
Assets:
• Previous serving or food and beverage experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Additional training such as ProTect, Standard First Aid, Food Safety, and/or WHMIS
