Ireland First Evening Day Centre is currently seeking a reliable and community-focused Bus Driver to join our team the oommunity Employment (CE) scheme. hrs 2.30p.m to 9.30p.m Role Overview: As a CE Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users by providing safe, friendly, and punctual transport to and from the centre. You will be an important part of creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all members of our community. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport service users to and from the centre - Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, roadworthy, and maintained - Assist passengers as needed, ensuring comfort and safety - Follow all road safety and organisational guidelines - Work as part of a supportive and caring team Requirements: - Full clean driving licence (D1 or D category preferred) - Good communication and interpersonal skills - A patient, friendly, and dependable manner - Commitment to community service and inclusion What We Offer: - Valuable work experience in a supportive community setting - Opportunities for training and development - A rewarding role making a real difference in people’s lives.
