More than a job: a mission We’re looking for a Project Technology Transfer Manager to lead the successful transfer of industrial technologies, processes, and expertise across projects and sites. This role is critical to ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and efficient project execution in a complex industrial environment. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home. Your role, your impact • Define, execute and maintain Technology Transfer Plans across industrial activities including production, testing, quality and supply chain • Analyse transfer risks and drive mitigation actions to ensure project success • Coordinate donor and receiver stakeholders across projects, métiers and industrial sites • Manage transfer documentation, industrial maturity plans, training and technical assistance activities • Deploy and continuously improve technology transfer standards, processes and tools You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, industrial operations and project management - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
