Workshop Recruitment is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in construction trades and labour recruitment. This role will focus mainly on temporary placements, supporting both clients and candidates across a busy and fast-moving sector. The successful Recruitment Consultant will manage candidate sourcing, develop client relationships, and grow new business opportunities while delivering an excellent recruitment service.
Key Responsibilities
Source and interview construction trades and labour candidatesBuild and develop relationships with new and existing clientsCarry out business development calls and client visitsManage temporary worker bookings and placementsAdvertise vacancies across job boards and social platformsMaintain regular contact with candidates and clientsEnsure compliance and right-to-work documentation is completedAchieve recruitment and sales targets within a busy desk environment Skills & Knowledge
