Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking for a Process Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive continuous improvement, support new product introduction, and deliver manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.Manage engineering projects from concept through to production handover.Support equipment installation and commissioning.Investigate and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving techniques.Produce and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, BOMs, PFMEAs, ECRs and ECOs.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation.Work cross-functionally to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance. About You
Experience in a Process or Manufacturing Engineering role.Strong knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.Experience within a manufacturing environment. Benefits
