Job SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the DPAE COMBATANTS of DPAE COMBATANTS.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing or assessing the impact of ship production problems or changes to resolve overall production schedules, costs, and technical performance issues. Major DutiesYou will participate in design reviews and other complex technical discussions intended to resolve problems and ensure adequacy of ships' system design.You will evaluate the performance of contractors regarding production effectiveness, efficiency and responsiveness in satisfying program and contractual requirements through continuous interactions with the contractor.You will assess risks related to the availability of information, materials, and human and physical resources to satisfy overall design and construction scheduling, developing alternatives and solutions for problem areas.You will formulate strategies and tactics to acquire and allocate resources to achieve program goals, milestones and/or schedule requirements.You will assess and provide strategic direction for resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures.You will define, establish, and direct organizational focus on challenging and highly complex projects/programs.
