Job SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of DPAE COMBATANTS.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Analyze requirements to develop program reporting including the specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology. Briefs senior leadership and makes recommendations based on findings. Prepares coordinated reports, presentations and brief findings in support of program actions. Major DutiesYou will execute program plans to achieve milestones and requirements for a full scope of activities associated with acquisition issues.You will establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects concerning the development, installation, integration, and testing, relative to the acquisition processYou will provide a long range plan for the cost, performance, schedule of diverse teams and acquisition efforts withing the scope of assigned areasYou will develop evaluation plans, metrics, procedures, and methodology as a result of studies performed.
