Job SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, provide authoritative counsel to subordinates and drive organizational change by developing, coordinating, and implementing logistics and acquisition policy. High-level skill in articulating complex technical and policy matters with clarity and persuasion to negotiate solutions, influence senior-level decisions, and maintain critical stakeholder relationships. Innovation: Expertise in anticipating and resolving severe operational challenges in dynamic environments, with the ability to align logistics information systems and innovative sustainment strategies with long-term mission goals.
