Job SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include: 1.) Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)Familiarity with core Navy training databases and management systems (such asCeTARS,CANTRAC; 2.)The ability to apply basic statistical and qualitative analysis techniques; 3.) Understanding of the Navy's rating training lifecycles (A-School, C-School, general military training ); 4.) Basic knowledge of how Navy training requirements are validated and funded (e.g., understanding the relationship between the Resource Sponsor, NETC, and the Fleet); 5.) Major DutiesYou will demonstrate analytical ability, including skill in analytical reasoning, initiative, resourcefulness, persuasiveness, fact-finding, diplomacy, and tact.You will oversee program execution and management for the CTC modernization of Logistic Specialists (LS), Retail Services Specialists (RS), and Culinary Speclialists (CS) rates.You will develop and disseminate materials with internal stakeholders weekly in preparation for Requests for Information (RFIs) from the CTC Executive Steering Committee (ESC) and prepares or contributes to CTC Fleet and IT requirements.You will analyze TTA tasks and subtasks to ensure the work is structured correctly and aligned to a duty task and conditions under which a task is performed and measured for completeness and/or accuracy.
