Job Summary
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion of our asset management business. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and develop strategies to increase assets under management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners
2. Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships
3. Strategy Development: Develop strategies to increase assets under management and drive business growth
Requirements
Requirements
1. Qualification: BSc/HND in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field in asset management, insurance broker, Banking or financial services
3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills
4. Strong understanding of the financial market.
