What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate daily operations across teams Lead, motivate and manage the tech team in an agile environment Monitor projects, deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely execution Set up and track company performance metrics Work with HR to recruit, onboard and retain top talent Improve internal processes to increase speed and efficiency Help scale the company and build a strong culture of ownership & excellence
Requirements
2+ years experience managing tech teams or technical operations A strong initiative-taker with an ownership mindset A proven history of delivering results and meeting deadlines Ability to manage multiple projects without losing detail Clear communication, leadership and team management abilityBenefits
