We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and work on real-world products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable backend systems as much as crafting clean, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into high-quality, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems and APIs Build responsive, user-facing interfaces and reusable UI components Convert design mockups into high-quality frontend code Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs Manage databases and ensure smooth, reliable data flow Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Software or Full-Stack Developer Proficiency in Node.js for backend development Experience with MongoDB and/or MySQL Proficiency in React.js or React Native Strong understanding of API integration (RESTful services) Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ownership mindset with a reliable, proactive, and collaborative attitudeCandidate based in Lagos only.Benefits
Salary Range: ₦450,000 – ₦650,000 monthly
