Job requirements WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING • You are the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs and questions. • You share recommendations and offer to make reservations. • You take calls and handle room reservation requests. • You help guests with luggage and ensure a warm farewell. • You support the breakfast service and assist in the lobby when needed. • You maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
