About the job As a Production Team Leader , you are responsible for leading a production line and ensuring daily production runs safely, efficiently and according to quality standards. You work closely with operators and production employees and act as the first point of contact on the shop floor. The Production Team Leader role requires leadership, responsibility and a strong focus on quality. Your responsibilities include: - Leading, coaching and supporting production employees; - Monitoring quality, hygiene and food safety according to HACCP standards; - Monitoring production processes and identifying deviations; - Solving minor machine issues and supporting process improvements; - Recording production data and reporting daily activities; - Ensuring correct product labelling, traceability and sorting; - Maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Working hours: Two-shift system. Working days: Monday to Friday.
