As an intern in our Global M&A practice, you will actively support the M&A team in serving clients across industries and geographies. You will take part in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases, working with our teams on: - Carve-outs and divestures where you will take part in the planning, follow-up and execution of separation activities - Merger integrations to help our clients plan and successfully execute integration phases across all functions (IT, operations, finance, HR, supply chain, procurement etc.) - IT and technology due diligence projects, focusing on enterprise IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities, and AI readiness Who we are At Accenture Strategy & Consulting, you will work with a diverse team of experts to deliver tech-enabled transformation and new kinds of value for clients.
