What You’ll Do As a Fashion Product Data Coordinator/Specialist, you will: - Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of product-related data in systems like PLM and PIM. - Create and deliver KPI reports on data integrity, sustainability metrics, sample deliveries, and product development progress. - Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and design teams to maintain seamless data management throughout the product life cycle. - Perform data cleansing and quality assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement. - Generate actionable insights to enhance decision-making and visibility into performance areas. - Work on ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests for divisional teams and leadership. - Partner with global teams to streamline workflows and ensure consistency across regions. Who You Are - You have 2-3 years of experience in data coordination, analytics, or reporting—ideally within fashion, retail, or product development. - You have excellent communication skills in English (written en verbal). - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. - You are highly proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint. - Experience with PLM systems and PIM (e.g., Centric PLM) is a strong advantage. - You have strong organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail. - You communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal). - You thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
