This is not a place for a quick bite; here, you take your time. For the kitchen of Souterrain 1634, we are looking for an ambitious, independent chef. Someone who can work independently, wants to learn and grow, and feels at home in the unique atmosphere of the Souterrain. In the historic basement of Hotel Corps de Garde, we create a contemporary dining experience where taste, seasons, and craftsmanship come together. No trends or statements, but a well-thought-out concept that aligns with how we want to eat today: consciously, purely, and with an eye for quality. We are looking for an independent chef, someone who dares to make the kitchen entirely their own, wants to grow, and ultimately wants to be at the helm of Souterrain 1634.
