About the Role The Global Customer Quality Systems & Compliance Manager is responsible for leading customer-focused quality systems and compliance programs globally, ensuring alignment with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Acting as a key link between customers and the global quality organization, this role drives compliance, performance, and continuous improvement while strengthening customer trust and business continuity. Key Responsibilities Include - Own and maintain customer-facing quality systems and ensure alignment with the global QMS framework. - Harmonize customer quality requirements across regions, products, and categories. - Lead customer compliance programs, including audits, assessments, certifications, approvals, and corrective action management. - Monitor customer-specific requirements and ensure timely resolution of compliance gaps. - Define, track, and report customer quality KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce complaints, improve audit performance, and strengthen compliance. - Act as a key quality contact for customers and support the resolution of complaints, incidents, and escalations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure effective issue resolution. - Establish governance and risk management processes for customer quality compliance across all regions. - Support crisis management activities and contribute to global customer quality strategies and initiatives. - Serve as a back-up to the Senior Director, Global Customer Quality as required. About You - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related discipline. - Minimum 3 years' experience in quality, food safety, compliance, or a related field within a global organization. - Strong knowledge of food safety and ...
