What will you do? At SUNS, we provide luxury outdoor furniture and lifestyle products, with as much as a 5-year warranty. This naturally includes a high level of service. As an Inside Service Representative, you will be responsible for quickly and carefully registering and following up on service requests. You will be the first point of contact for both the customer and the factory, putting your experience and commitment to ensure that everything runs professionally and efficiently. Together with our service field staff, you will look for the best solutions to customer questions.
