As a Production Employee, you can expect: A competitive salary between €2,800 and €3,800 gross per month Work in day shifts or a 2-shift system (05:30 - 13:30 and 13:30 - 22:00, with Friday shifts ending at 20:45) The possibility to work 24, 32, or 37.5 hours per week 24 vacation days and 5 ATV (additional leave) days based on full-time employment Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer from 10 km onwards On-the-job training and career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company A varied position within a close-knit and friendly Brabant-based company Functieomschrijving As a Production Employee, you will help create high-end custom-made products. You will be involved in various stages of the production process and ensure that every product meets the company's high-quality standards. You will work with modern machinery, technical drawings, and premium materials. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills and take on more responsibility withi the production process.
