As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and evolve cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD platforms that power a fast-paced, customer-facing digital ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role focused on building resilient systems, enabling developer self-service, accelerating delivery pipelines, and integrating intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure our cloud environments are scalable, secure, observable, and continuously improving.

What You’ll Do

Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering

Design, deploy, and support AWS-based cloud platforms using best practices for high availability, fault tolerance, and securityBuild and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormationContinuously optimize platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiencyImprove resilience and reliability across distributed systems CI/CD, Automation & AI IntegrationDesign and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Harness, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeployDrive automation of infrastructure provisioning and application deploymentsChampion the adoption of AI-powered tooling to enhance:Pipeline optimizationIntelligent testing and deployment strategiesIncident detection and root cause analysisOperational insights and anomaly detectionIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort through intelligent automation and platform improvementsObservability & Operational Excellence

Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and logging solutionsLeverage advanced analytics and AI-assisted observability tools to improve system diagnosticsPerform advanced troubleshooting across cloud and production environmentsParticipate in an on-call rotation to support critical systemsLeadership & Collaboration

Lead technical initiatives from design through implementation and operational supportPromote DevOps best practices and a culture of continuous improvementPartner cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, and Data teamsContribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and platform standards

2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and artifact management tools (GitHub, GitLab, Harness, Artifactory, CodePipeline, etc.)5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering rolesStrong expertise in AWS services and Linux-based environmentsProficiency in Python or similar scripting languagesExcellent communication kkillsExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)Strong understanding of distributed systems, system architecture, and networking fundamentalsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceExperience with Kubernetes and container orchestration Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
