We are looking for an HR Director for one of our client based in Luxembourg * Permanent contract or freelance contract (6 to 12 months contract) * 90 000€ to 110 000€ annual gross salary * Languages : French (C1/C2), English (B2/C1) Job Description / Description détaillée du poste: ~~Our client is currently recruiting an HR Director to lead and transform its Human Resources function during a strategic period of organizational evolution. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the HR Director will oversee both the day-to-day management of HR operations and the delivery of an ambitious HR transformation roadmap. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of ensuring operational excellence while driving modernization initiatives, including the implementation of a new HRIS platform and the enhancement of HR processes across the organization. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring a high-quality HR service for employees and managers while maintaining full compliance with Luxembourg labour regulations. Responsibilities HR Operations Management : * Lead and oversee all daily HR operations to ensure continuity and service excellence. * Supervise personnel administration, including employment contracts, amendments, legal declarations, onboarding, and offboarding processes. * Manage absence, leave, and sick leave administration. * Coordinate with payroll providers and ensure the accuracy of payroll-related data. * Ensure compliance with Luxembourg labour law and regulatory requirements. * Handle sensitive employee relations and disciplinary matters. * Manage legal HR reporting obligations and statutory requirements. * Oversee recruitment activities across all levels, including senior and technical positions. * Coordinate learning and development initiatives and annual training plans. * Support managers on HR-related matters and performance management processes. * Produce HR dashboards and reports for executive management. * Monitor key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and payroll indicators. * Prepare social balance sheets and other statutory HR reports. HR Transformation & Strategic Projects : * Drive the HR transformation roadmap and modernization initiatives. * Lead the implementation and deployment of a new HRIS platform. * Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, user training, and change management activities. * Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across recruitment, learning & development, and broader HR functions. * Promote best practices and enhance the overall employee experience. * Support the organization in adopting modern HR tools, processes, and governance frameworks. Candidate Profile / Profil du candidat: Experience : * Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources management. * At least 5 years of experience as an HR Director, Deputy HR Director, or in a senior HR leadership position with full operational responsibility. * Proven experience managing HR functions within multi-site and multicultural environments. * Previous experience in HR transformation, organizational change, or HR modernization projects. * Experience in interim HR management or transition consulting is considered a strong asset. * Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory and employment landscape. Experience within the Benelux region may also be considered. Technical Skills : * Strong expertise in Luxembourg labour law, collective agreements, and employment regulations. * Solid experience covering the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance. * Demonstrated success in HR transformation initiatives and change management programs. * Strong recruitment leadership experience, including executive and specialized hiring. * Advanced HR reporting, workforce analytics, and dashboard management capabilities. * Experience implementing or managing HRIS platforms.
