Responsibilities Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards. Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and policies while refining functional and non-functional requirements. Design and execute integrated test campaigns including sanity, regression, and user acceptance testing across various environments. Manage database testing and API validation initiatives using advanced scripting and contract validation tools. Drive the test automation strategy by developing scalable frameworks and implementing CI/CD quality gates. Coordinate between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to manage the complete defect lifecycle. Requirements You have 5+ years of proven professional experience as a Technical Test Coordinator. You possess 5+ years of hands-on experience with Relational Databases including SQL Server , Oracle Database , PL/SQL , and advanced scripting. You bring 5+ years of experience with API integrations including REST , SOAP , Postman , Swagger , and SoapUI . You have 3+ years of professional experience acting as a Product Owner . You possess experience with test automation using Playwright , Git , Bitbucket , and CI/CD practices. You're well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies within the SDLC . You have experience using test management tools such as Jira and Xray . You possess a Master’s degree in Information Technology. You are proactive and capable of coordinating multiple vendors and solution providers. You are fluent in English with at least a B1 level of French or Dutch . Nice to Haves Experience with Genesys Cloud platform validation and contact center customer journeys. Knowledge of telephony validation including SIP , WebRTC , and STUN/TURN/ICE . Familiarity with performance testing strategies involving Load , Stress , and Scalability testing. Experience with data workflows using XML , JSON , and event-driven systems.
