Support customers in integrating Melexis IPS ICs and solving technical challenges in their applications. Specifically, as an Application Engineer in Tessenderlo, your tasks will include: Support customers with the technical integration of Inductive Position Sensor ICs into their applications Contribute to continuous improvement of products, internal procedures and future developments Review customer schematics, PCB layouts and transmitter (Tx) / receiver (Rx) coil designs Validate new IPS products from an application perspective before release Perform laboratory work for testing, validation and troubleshooting of IPS solutions Where do you start? The ideal Application Engineer has/is: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics or a closely related field 2+ years of experience as an Application Engineer, Hardware Engineer, or System Engineer Knowledge of COMSOL, Python, LabVIEW or Altium Designer is considered a plus Fluent in English, both written and spoken Strong communicator with a proactive mindset and strong team spirit
