Responsibilities Lead the development team and provide structural coaching to technical staff. Execute complex programming assignments including coding, testing, and debugging. Drive the technical development of Java -based applications and API integrations. Take a leading role within the Agile development methodology and process. Maintain high standards of code quality and application performance through rigorous testing. Requirements You have 8+ years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot . You bring 8+ years of expertise in API integrations. You possess 5+ years of experience with Postgres for database management. You have 5+ years of frontend development experience with React and JavaScript . You're experienced with Atlassian Tools for project management and collaboration. You bring proven experience in a leading role within an Agile environment. You possess professional experience within the public sector or the waste management industry. You have strong leadership and coaching abilities. You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level. Nice to Haves Experience working within the Flemish Government.
