The Sales role plays a key part in supporting AYANA Cruises’ growth strategy by driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and maximizing profitability. Reporting directly to the Cruise Manager, this position requires strong product knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to build long-term business partnerships while ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments.
ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Cruise Manager regarding all day-to-day Sales activitiesFully understand boat product knowledge and unique selling pointsForecast, analyze, and prepare reports on sales performance and profit resultsMaintain regular communication with key market contacts, including site inspections and sales callsLiaise closely with relevant hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient trip booking communicationRequirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably within hospitality, cruise, or leisure-related industriesStrong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and report sales and profitExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and business partnersIn-depth product knowledge and ability to effectively present unique selling pointsHighly disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating across departments
