AYANA Hospitality is excited to offer the position of Japanese Guest Relation Officer (Native/Speaker) at our stunning AYANA Komodo resort. This role is critical in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they receive premium service throughout their stay. You will use your language skills and hospitality expertise to create memorable experiences.
ResponsibilitiesReview arrival lists to welcome guestsAttend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiriesHelp prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote servicesAnticipate guest needs and build rapport with customersOffer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relation Manager when neededEnsure compliance with health and quality standardsRequirements
Fluent in Japanese (with a minimum N2 certification for Japanese speakers), and strong command of the English language Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or a related discipline is required.
