Delonix Hotel Karawang part of AYANA Hospitality is seeking a Mandarin Speaking Guest Relation Supervisor to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, offering assistance and information that enhances their experience at our luxurious properties.
ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome Mandarin-speaking guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanorAssist with check-in/out processes, ensuring that guests’ needs are met swiftly and efficientlyRespond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing detailed information on hotel services and amenitiesAnticipate guests’ needs and tailor services to ensure a personalized experienceCoordinate with various hotel departments to address guest concerns or special requestsFacilitate communication between guests and hotel staff to enhance guest satisfactionHandle and resolve complaints graciously and efficientlyRequirements
Fluency in Mandarin and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Previous experience in hospitality or guest relations is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications A degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Benefits
