Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance revenue for the Food and Beverage department.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and events.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business.Conduct presentations and site tours to showcase the hotel’s F&B offerings and facilities.Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to develop promotional offerings and packages.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, HotelManagement, or related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record in F&B sales, ideally in a high-end restaurant group. Having experience in a luxury restaurant will be an advantageEstablished network and strong relationships within the Jakarta corporate, social, and culinary scene.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia Self-motivated to drive sales and meticulously monitor market intelligence.A genuine enthusiasm for luxury dining, trends, and beverage culture.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting deadlines.
