Job description
Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Sales Operations professional to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and support our global sales teams to achieve revenue targets. This role involves a blend of analytical, technical, and communication skills to drive sales effectiveness and strategic decision-making.
The Role Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain sales processes, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Local Pricing Strategy with Sales management
• Manage and administer sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) including data integrity, user support, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Generate and analyze sales performance reports, forecasts, and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales territories, quotas, and incentive programs.
• Support sales teams with training on tools, processes, and best practices.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
• Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
• Act as a liaison between sales and other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment.
• Participate in strategic planning and initiatives to support global sales objectives.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a global technology company.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud, including report and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) required.Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, and commission plan administration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience is a plus.
