How you'll make an impact
• Deliver training and support to key users and end-users on system capabilities • Communicate new features and drive system adoption across teams • Manage incidents and change requests through full lifecycle delivery • Ensure accuracy and availability of technical documentation • Collaborate on vulnerability management and system security improvements • Maintain application configurations, SNOW, and CMDB data quality • Analyze and optimize MES/ECS processes aligned with manufacturing needs • Gather user feedback and support continuous system enhancements
Your background
• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field • Experience with MES, ECS, or manufacturing systems • Strong understanding of incident and change management processes • Knowledge of system integration, configuration, and documentation practices • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and vulnerability management • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
