About this role
1. Ensure company targets are communicated and allocated to branches according to potential. 2. Make sure the Branch Managers understand it and implement all processes to achieve the target. 3. Responsible for the performance of Branch Manager 4. Responsible for Branch attainment achievement toward Distributor's monthly target and target per Principal 5. Responsible for smooth relationship between Branches with Principal 6. Monitor Service Level Branches within its region 7. Responsible for the development of potentials and businesses in their respective regions 8. Responsible for Achievement of Behavior KPI, KPI Revenue, KPI Collection and KPI Service Level
