AYANA Hospitality is seeking a Recruitment Assistant Manager to join our team at AYANA Komodo, one of the most luxurious resorts in Indonesia. As the Recruitment Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process and ensuring the hiring needs of the resort are met.
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Create and post job advertisements on various platforms Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications Coordinate candidate selection and onboarding processes Maintain and update recruitment database and candidate records Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Professional certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
