Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software Familiar with Opera/PMS Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think critically. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
