Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Experience: No experience (will train). Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
