About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Perform general farm duties. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
