About this role
Summary Assists in the concessions operations in the facility by performing the following duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• General cleaning and upkeep of stand • Performs location worker assignments • Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees • Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage • Performed other related duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Skills and Abilities:
• Professional communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized • Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work • Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed • Ability to read, write and speak in English • Hold a professional attitude and appearance • Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to stand for long periods, walk and navigate stairs. • Must be able to transport up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
Education and/or Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required • Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations • Must be ServSafe Certified (have alcohol service training)
