Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects.Strong project management experience across business systems implementations.Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.Experience overseeing UAT, deployment, user adoption and post-go-live support.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management and delivery methodologies.Desirable: Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).Desirable: Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.Desirable: Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.Desirable: Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.Desirable: Experience with CRM migration and transformation projects.Desirable: Experience with business process improvement and change management initiatives. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and hypercare.Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from key stakeholders.Manage relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners and suppliers.Coordinate project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.Support data migration, system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful user adoption.Translate business requirements into practical system solutions.Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
