Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).Strong experience testing solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Expertise in Python, Pytest, API automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native testing.Experience with identity protocols and technologies including SCIM, REST APIs, LDAP and OIDC.Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Kafka, queues) and policy-based access controls (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, PBAC).Proven ability to lead automation testing initiatives, mentor engineers, and engage with stakeholders.Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA and Zephyr. Responsibilities: Lead the automation testing strategy.Develop robust test frameworks.Drive quality across IAM platforms, APIs, identity orchestration, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD pipelines.Work closely with engineering, cloud security, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable identity services.Play a key role in a large-scale IAM transformation and shape automation testing practices. We are supporting a major global Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programme, delivering secure, scalable identity solutions across enterprise cloud environments. The role is remote-based with occasional travel to Sheffield and sits inside IR35. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape automation testing practices and deliver high-quality, secure cloud identity solutions alongside engineering, cloud security, and DevOps teams.
