As Product Manager, you shape the vision and roadmap for our Finance & Risk Data domain, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions that strengthen our post-trade processes. You work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Front Office and Technology, balancing business value, technical complexity and stakeholder needs while helping shape the future of our post-trade landscape. Together with a cross-functional team of software engineers and data specialists, you build our core ETRM eco-system, data structures and ways of working that support our Finance & Risk system landscape. DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS WILL BE You work at the intersection of product, finance, risk and technology, where clear priorities and strong stakeholder alignment turn complex needs into solutions that work in practice. You own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for our Finance & Risk Data domain, helping modernise post-trade processes, strengthen data structures and improve how our platforms support the business. Your mission is to: Shape and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Finance & Risk Data domain Own and prioritise a transparent backlog that maximises business value through data-driven prioritisation. Translate complex business needs into clear backlog items, acceptance criteria and test standards Work closely with Finance, Risk, Tech and business stakeholders to align goals, scope and expected outcomes Support adoption of new systems and processes through clear communication and change management Lead and develop a cross-functional team of software engineers and data specialists, fostering ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement. JOIN A TEAM OF MINDFUL ACHIEVERS You’ll join our newly established Finance & Risk Data team within Process Transformation, where finance, risk, data and technology come together to modernise how we work across post-trade processes. The team combines expertise in software engineering, data science, mathematics and finance, united by a shared ambition to build robust digital products that create lasting business value. Together, we simplify complexity, improve data quality and develop scalable solutions that support both today's operations and tomorrow's ambitions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Risk and Technology, turning ideas into priorities and ensuring new capabilities are adopted successfully across the organisation. LET’S SWITCH THE FOCUS TO YOU You enjoy creating clarity in complex environments and know how to balance business value, technical complexity and stakeholder needs. You take ownership naturally, communicate with confidence across disciplines and create momentum by turning ideas into structured execution. We imagine that you bring: A master’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master or in a similar agile role, preferably within the energy or financial sector Experience shaping product roadmaps, managing backlogs and translating business needs into clear priorities Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business, technology and data Experience leading agile teams and creating an environment where accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement thrive You combine a structured mindset with commercial understanding and enjoy creating products that make complex processes simpler, smarter and more valuable. Experience from the energy or financial sector is a strong advantage.
