We imagine you bring: 7+ years of experience in technical accounting, audit or Group Financial Reporting. A Master's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or a related field. Strong knowledge of IFRS, technical accounting and financial reporting. Experience from a Big 4 firm or a similar technical accounting environment. The ability to communicate complex accounting matters clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to technical problem-solving. Professional curiosity and the confidence to explore accounting questions where there is no obvious answer. Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. WE MIGHT BE BIASED, BUT IT IS QUITE AWESOME HERE People here care about doing things well and creating a place people genuinely enjoy being part of. We like to hack the everyday, from breakfast and lunch made in-house with organic ingredients to in-house massage, something in the freezer when the day runs late and the occasional “Just Because" surprise. You also get five Switch Days, equal to a seventh holiday week, giving you extra flexibility and room to recharge throughout the year. Through Mind Club, people come together around everything from padel and Football Shirt Fridays to clay pigeon shooting and Christmas afternoons with your family and Santa. And with Mind Academy, you grow alongside sharp and curious colleagues who challenge ideas, share knowledge and help each other level up. These are just some of the things that make us special. It’s easier to experience in person. We’re mindful achievers.
