About this role
The role of CDD Asst Manager will be as below:
• Ensure CDD review of documents, risk assessment, screening, preparation of CDD forms, transaction monitoring are done in line with Compliance and C&IB guidelines within minimum engagement from Business teams. • Monitor and conclusion of CDD cases under onboarding, triggers and periodic reviews. • Coordinate with Compliance, OPC ARC and RMC where required • Guide CDD analyst on review queries and improve quality of KYC reviews. • Engage with customers along with analyst for detailed clarification on guidelines/requirements Manage issues/escalations from the customer/RM relating to cases reviewed.
