Requirements: Proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programmes, ideally within HR, Payroll or Enterprise Applications.Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and wider SAP HCM landscapes.Experience managing System Integrators and large third-party delivery partners.Ability to operate at executive level while maintaining credibility with architects and technical teams.Strong programme governance, risk management and stakeholder management experience.Comfort providing constructive challenge and ensuring delivery remains aligned to business objectives. We are a global professional services organisation preparing to launch a major Payroll and HR transformation programme with SAP as the preferred technology platform. This is a London-based hybrid contract role for 12 to 18 months initially, offering an outside IR35 day rate of £800 to £1200. We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead to join ahead of system integrator mobilisation and help shape, prepare and govern the programme from the client side. This is a senior leadership role focused on governance, strategic direction and organisational readiness before and during implementation.
